STRUCT call

Terms of Service

These terms cover free use of STRUCT Call, joining meetings and the paid packages for businesses and self-employed professionals.

1. Provider and scope

STRUCT Call is provided by STRUCT Tech UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Löffelstraße 22–24, 70597 Stuttgart, Germany (“we”). These terms describe the rules of the service for free use and for joining meetings. For paid packages they become part of the contract: before booking, you expressly accept the version stated there. Deviating terms of yours only apply if we expressly agree to them; individually negotiated agreements take priority. Opening this page alone is neither an order nor consent to data processing.

2. Using the service

STRUCT Call supports instant and scheduled video meetings and joining with a meeting link or code. You need a supported browser, an internet connection and, where applicable, a camera and microphone. You control device permissions in your browser. Features may depend on the browser or plan. End-to-end encryption is in development and is not yet available for production meetings.

3. Free use and joining meetings

The Free package costs nothing. In Free a call connection is limited to 30 minutes; it then ends and the meeting link stays valid. Free webinars are limited to 10 people including the host. Free and joining meetings are also open to private individuals. Joining a meeting does not create a paid contract, and guests do not need an account.

4. Paid packages for businesses and self-employed professionals only

We offer the Light user and Business packages exclusively to businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB): people and organisations who book in the course of their trade or self-employed profession. This includes sole traders and freelancers without a separate company; a VAT identification number is not required. Before booking, you enter your business name or, if you are self-employed, your own name, and expressly confirm business or professional use. Paid packages are not intended for bookings made mainly for private purposes.

5. Booking process

The package overview is not yet a binding offer. After your details and confirmations in your account we forward you to the payment provider Stripe. There you enter your billing address and payment method, can optionally add a VAT ID, and can check and correct your entries before submitting. You place your binding order by submitting it on the Stripe page. We store which version of these terms you accepted, together with your account and the booking attempt. You can view, save and print these terms on this page at any time.

6. Prices, payment, term and cancellation

The prices shown before booking apply. All prices are net and exclusive of statutory VAT, which Stripe calculates from your billing details. Payment is made monthly through Stripe. Light user includes 40 hours of occupied room time per billing period: a room counts once regardless of the number of people in it, rooms running at the same time count separately, and unused time does not carry over. Once the budget is used up, no new meetings or webinars can be started and running rooms of the account are ended; meeting links stay valid. Business has no hour budget; its webinars allow up to 100 people including the host. Subscriptions run for one month at a time and renew for another month unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel with effect from the end of the billing period through the subscription management in your account or in text form to contact@ki-praxis.app. Switching from Light user to Business requires the confirmations described in section 4 and acceptance of the terms then in force. Existing subscriptions keep the version of these terms accepted at booking until a change is effectively agreed.

7. Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. In particular, do not distribute unlawful content, harass others, impersonate people, gain unauthorised access, obtain access credentials without permission or attack the infrastructure. Share host credentials only with authorised people. You must be authorised to act for an organisation. Rules on representation and legal capacity apply to minors.

8. Content and recordings

Your content remains yours. You grant only the permissions needed to transmit it and to provide functions you expressly activate. Inform participants before a recording and obtain the necessary consent or other authorisation. A technical permission in a meeting does not replace a legal assessment; in particular, the confidentiality of private conversations must be respected. We do not offer permanent storage of recordings: download a recording you need after the meeting. You are responsible for sharing, publishing and keeping downloaded recordings. Transcription is not available at present.

9. Availability and changes

Connection quality also depends on your device, browser, network and other participants' devices. Specific availability commitments or service levels apply only if expressly agreed. Maintenance and outages may interrupt the service. Material changes to existing contracts follow the relevant agreement and applicable law; continued use is not treated as blanket acceptance of new terms. STRUCT Call is not a substitute for emergency calling.

10. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. In particular, these terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Mandatory legal rights, including consumer rights for digital products, remain unaffected. No blanket exclusion of all liability or statutory remedies for defects is agreed.

11. Ending use and restricting access

You may stop using the service; agreed cancellation rules apply to booked services. Unlawful use or specific security risks may require proportionate access restrictions. Removing a locally stored meeting alone does not automatically erase all server-side data. Revoking saved host access follows the confirmation and feedback shown in the app.

12. Consumers

Consumers can use the Free package free of charge and join meetings. We do not currently offer them paid packages. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights that apply to free use or otherwise by law.

13. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by German law. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the country of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules are not restricted. These terms are available in German and English.
